Article l of the Constitution is about the first of the three branches in Government, Legislative. Section 1 explains the two-part Congress of the Senates and House of Representatives. Section 2 talks about the House of Representatives. Section 7 talks about how the Legislative branch makes the laws. Section 9 describes the areas where the Congress are limited on ruling over.

In Section 4 of the constitution it talked about the meetings that would be held for the senate and the House of Representatives. The meetings were originally once a year on the first Monday of December but the date was changed in the 20th amendment.
In Section 5 of the constitution
In Section 6 of the constitution it said that senators and representatives would be excused from arrest during session, unless it was for “Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace.” It also says that a senator or representative can’t be elected for a civil Office once there being elected for congress.
In Section 8 of the contitution In section 10 of the constitution it talked about the powers that states do not have. They weren’t allowed to create a Treaty or Alliance, make money, put tax on Imported goods, keep troops, make an Agreement with another state and could not make bills.
